Mommies don't get sick.
Yes, that is what everyone tells you, but don't you believe it. I have come down with a flu bug that is making me feel like I have been hit by a truck. What makes it worse is that I can't crawl into bed and pull the covers over my head like I want to, Jared, Allison and Jordan still need me. I am just praying that this will be over soon. I am just waiting for that wonderful sound of Bill's truck pulling into the driveway.

Hi Shelly! I'm so sorry to hear that you're sick. Please let me know if there is anything I can do. Do you want the kids to come over to our house after school tomorrow? I could take Jordan during the day if you think he would be okay with me. I will call you tomorrow.
